Under the leadership, SAEPL brings together architects, engineers, designers, and project managers who share a single goal: to deliver projects that balance innovation, functionality, and precision. Every project is executed with a deep commitment to quality, timelines, and ethical practice.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing and upcoming projects in and around India.

The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Conduct regular site audits for quality, safety, and progress.

Ensure effective coordination between contractors, consultants, and the in-house design team.

Troubleshoot execution challenges and ensure immediate resolution.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Monitor cash flow, material consumption, and vendor payments in alignment with financial targets.

Approve and track variations and additional work orders after management review.

4. Communication & Reporting

Act as the single point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct weekly review meetings and generate progress reports (physical and financial).

Escalate delays or non-conformities promptly with corrective action plans.

5. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all materials and workmanship meet SAEPL's quality standards.

Verify compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and project handover documentation.

6. Leadership & Team Management

Lead a multidisciplinary team of site engineers, contractors, and supervisors.

Provide direction, mentorship, and accountability within the PMC department.

Align manpower and site logistics with project timelines and client priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

5-10 years of experience

in construction project management, ideally across commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
