Job Summary:



The Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects within time, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and flawless handover.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Project Planning & Execution



Prepare project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures. Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as required.

2. Client Coordination



Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution. Conduct regular site meetings and share progress reports. Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

3. Site Management



Supervise site activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works. Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity tracking. Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management



Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material delivery and work execution. Monitor quality of work done by each vendor/contractor. Verify work done and support billing processes.

5. Budget & Cost Control



Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiency. Prevent material wastage and optimize resource utilization. Support the management in preparing and reviewing project budgets.

6. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain daily site reports, material consumption logs, and snag lists. Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review. Ensure all project documentation is complete before handover.

7. Handover & Closure



Ensure completion of snagging and finishing works. Coordinate for final inspections with clients. Complete project handover documentation and obtain completion certificates.

Qualification & Experience:



Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects (corporate, retail, commercial). Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
