:

Handle escalated calls and take appropriate action on it

Work on Team cohesiveness and effective team Delivery

Reviewing Technical Documents and checking for any discrepancies

Review Team for Operations, Activities & Projects

Arrange technical trainings for engineers ( ensure quality support & services)

Suggest technical enhancements/Improvements

Checking with Vendors if the call is going beyond SLA

Responsible for the total manpower on Projects

Following up with respective stakeholders for any planned downtime

Review of Team's strengths and weaknesses with respective to DHL deliverables

Active participation in meetings/discussion as and when required by DHL

Forsee and Escalate issues to DHL/Program Manager well in time

Assisting Program Manager in daily functions

Reviewing the call status along with team lead

Review the reports and check if they are sent to DHL as per SLA by the team

Setting up priorities and delegation within the team for daily actions

Responsible for Change management

Manage Regional Team Leads for Onsite support calls

Ensure Server , network, Security & Application Support SLA achieved
