Roorkee & Delhi (Requires travel between both locations)

6 Days a Week

Work Hours:

12 PM - 9 PM (Flexibility required for client meetings in US & UK time zones)

Salary Range:

USD 300-400 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a

Project Manager

with strong leadership, technical depth, and hands-on understanding of

AI/ML systems and DevOps pipelines

. The candidate will oversee all ongoing Athena LMS projects, manage distributed teams across Roorkee and Delhi, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of innovative AI-driven software solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Delivery

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects within Athena LMS (AI, Web, and LMS ecosystems). Define project goals, milestones, and delivery schedules. Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and final deployment.

2. Technical Oversight

Coordinate development of AI-powered platforms and LMS modules. Oversee integration of: AI/ML models (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Azure Cognitive, LangChain) DevOps automation (CI/CD pipelines, AWS deployments) Frontend (React.js), Backend (Node.js), and Database (MongoDB) Ensure system scalability, reliability, and compliance with data security standards.

3. AI & ML Coordination

Work closely with AI engineers to define model requirements, integrations, and optimization strategies. Understand prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API workflows for AI-based features. Supervise development of features such as: AI lesson generation Voice cloning & TTS Interactive avatar-based learning

4. DevOps & Infrastructure

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for project builds and deployments. Collaborate with DevOps engineers on AWS setup, containerization (Docker), and cloud monitoring. Maintain version control, rollback mechanisms, and automated testing environments.

5. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor teams of developers, designers, AI specialists, QA testers, and DevOps engineers. Facilitate collaboration across Roorkee and Delhi offices. Drive accountability, innovation, and performance within the team.

6. Client Communication & Reporting

Interact directly with international clients (US/UK). Conduct requirement-gathering meetings, demos, and reviews. Manage client expectations, provide progress reports, and ensure project satisfaction.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience managing software projects (preferably in AI/EdTech domains). Hands-on understanding of AI, ML, and DevOps integration within full-stack environments.

Technical Proficiency

Frontend:

React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Backend:

Node.js, Express, MongoDB

AI/ML Tools:

OpenAI API, LangChain, ElevenLabs, Azure Cognitive, Whisper, Hugging Face

DevOps & Cloud:

AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), environment configuration

Database & API:

RESTful APIs, MongoDB, API integration and testing (Postman)

Version Control:

Git/GitHub

Project Management Tools:

Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana

Soft Skills
