Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee mechanical/HVAC/construction projects from initiation to completion. Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and control project expenses. Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve site-related issues. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC/Mechanical/Construction project management. Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Industry Background:

HVAC, AHU, Mechanical Projects, EPC, or Construction Industry.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 Years
