Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee our

Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and Civil Construction Projects

from start to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

RCC works, PEB structures, finishing, project planning, and client coordination

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead project execution from

anchor bolt casting ? structure erection ? finishing ? handover

. Supervise civil, RCC, and PEB works ensuring

quality, safety, and timelines

. Review and approve

drawings, DPRs, BBS, BOQ, and billing

. Manage

site engineers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers

. Conduct

surveying, layout verification, and leveling

using Total Station / Auto Level. Monitor project schedules and prepare

MIS reports

for management. Ensure compliance with

technical, safety, and contractual requirements

. Direct liaison with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements



B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

(mandatory).

8+ years

of experience in construction, with at least

3-5 years in PEB projects

. Strong knowledge of

RCC, structural steel, finishing works, and MEP coordination

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, Excel

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
