Job Profile


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager / Program Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and coordinate critical projects under India-s green maritime transition. The role demands high ownership, stakeholder coordination, and technical understanding.


Experience


3 - 5 Years


Qualification


Postgraduate degree in Engineering (Marine- Mechanical- Mechatronics- Civil- Naval Architecture- or Environmental)- Project Management- Public Policy- or Sustainability




3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing sustainability or infrastructure-related projects


Strong coordination and execution capability- including multi-stakeholder management


Experience in maritime- energy- transport- ports- or environmental projects preferred


Skills


Knowledge of India-s maritime policies- IMO decarbonisation strategy- and ESG in shipping


Strong written and spoken communication skills


Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Gantt charts- and project planning tools


Commitment to sustainability and results-driven project delivery


Willingness to work in a fast-paced- evolving policy environment
