Job Description

Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation. Collaborate with design teams to understand and implement the design intent. Lead client meetings and communicate project updates, expectations, and deliverables. Source and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for materials, FF&E, and services. Monitor on-site construction, installations, and fit-outs to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Track project costs and timelines, manage change orders, and mitigate risks. Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and drawings.
