Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage HPS/industrial air system projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.

Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Lead site execution, installation, and commissioning activities with on-ground teams.

Conduct regular site visits to track project status, resolve issues, and ensure quality compliance.

Maintain clear documentation and communication with clients regarding progress and technical details.

Handle procurement coordination for project-specific materials and ensure timely availability.

Ensure safety, statutory, and quality standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Generate project progress reports, invoicing details, and final handover documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field (preferred).

3-4 years of proven experience in project management in the HPS or industrial air systems industry.

Strong understanding of compressors, pipelines, valves, pressure systems, and installation protocols.

Proficient in project tracking tools, MS Office, and basic AutoCAD (preferred).

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
