Job Description

The Project Manager will coordinate, manage, and optimize digital marketing projects from conception to completion. This role acts as the strategic link between creative, technical, and marketing teams--ensuring that every campaign is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, optimization methods, and cross-platform integrations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management



Lead end-to-end project management for digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, SEO optimization efforts, and PPC advertising programs. Create project plans, define timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress across multiple concurrent campaigns. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among content creators, designers, developers, analysts, and marketing teams. Manage client communications, expectations, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Digital Marketing Expertise



Oversee technical and strategic execution of

SEO

activities such as keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, link building, and performance monitoring. Coordinate

PPC campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) ensuring accurate tracking, optimized targeting, and budget management. Manage multi-platform

social media

initiatives, including content workflows, scheduling, paid campaigns, and analytics tracking. Ensure all digital marketing projects integrate effectively with analytics, CRM systems, landing pages, and tracking tools.

Technical & Analytical Responsibilities



Collaborate with developers to implement tracking pixels, tag configurations, and website updates that support marketing efforts. Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track KPIs and generate performance reports. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive solutions that keep projects on track. Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to enhance delivery efficiency and campaign results.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of experience managing digital marketing or technical marketing projects. Hands-on expertise in

SEO, Social Media Management, and PPC campaign execution

. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.). Solid understanding of HTML, website architecture, and tracking/tag management (Google Tag Manager is a plus). Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience managing cross-functional remote teams. Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or related digital marketing programs. Experience in data-driven marketing or performance marketing environments. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
