We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our Digital Marketing team to handle client coordination and retention for existing clients. In this role, you will ensure smooth project execution, foster strong client relationships, and drive retention through proactive communication and delivery of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients on ongoing digital marketing projects, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Coordinating project activities and ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget Manage client retention by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high satisfaction levels for existing clients. Managing project documentation and ensuring project deliverables are met Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements and optimize campaign performance. Conduct regular client check-ins, prepare performance reports, and suggest upsell opportunities for retention. Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or client-facing roles. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing). Ability to work full-time from our Indore office.
