Conduct research on global/national semiconductor ecosystems, workforce trends, and policies.
Compile data, analyze industry reports, and draft white papers & policy documents.
Coordinate with faculty, industry experts, and research teams to ensure high-quality technical content.
Assist in preparing annual reports & ecosystem development assessments.
Schedule & organize DevSET committee meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Manage email communications, invitations, and official documentation.
Plan and execute DevSET conferences, workshops, and summits.
Key Skills & Competencies
Essential:
? Master'/PhD degree in Engineering/Science (Semiconductor/Electronics-related preferred). ? Strong research & writing skills for policy/technical papers. ? Experience in stakeholder coordination, event planning, or project management. ? Excellent communication & organizational skills to handle cross-functional teams. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
Preferred:
Experience in semiconductor technology, policy research, or academic administration.Prior experience in conference organization, government liaison, or industry-academic partnerships.Familiarity with funding proposals & report writing for technical programs.
