Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager (PM)

to support the

Development and Testing workstream

of a strategic client project. This role requires close collaboration with UK-based business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate development and testing workstreams across multiple teams. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Define and drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategy, planning, and execution. Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues using Agile methodologies. Utilize tools such as

Jira

for task management, sprint planning, and reporting. Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders. Ensure effective documentation, timely updates, and alignment across workstreams.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with

Jira

for Agile project delivery. Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles. Experience working closely with UK-based business teams and managing remote development resources. Demonstrated success in planning and delivering

UAT

strategies and testing phases.

Excellent communication skills

- both written and verbal - with the ability to work across global teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working during

UK business hours

, regardless of location.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Full Stack development environments is a plus. Previous experience in a client-facing role is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
