Staying in or around Thane Kalyan Dombivali Mumbai Key Responsibility. \' To monitor the progress of Projects in Middle East, render service as a Project Manager with a touch of Customer Care. \' Authorise changes as demanded by the customer, adhere timeline and do not go overboard, beyond tolerance levels set by the customer. Propose changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the Business profitability. \' Ensure Risks and Issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved. \' Liaise with Management on progress. \' Organise and hold meetings on the Project whenever needed. \' Raise a red flag in case of a challenge or blockage or continuance of a Project. \' Motivate team to achieve time bound execution of Projects. \' Supervise Design schedule of the company to ensure there are no delay. \' Monthly MIS/Project report to be shared. \' Maintaining Spread sheets. Regularly interact with heads of departments to ensure spreadsheets are up to date each month and at year end, as well as reporting on the financial profit and loss incurred on a monthly basis. \' Develop strategic plans and to brainstorm ways of reducing spending and increasing profits. \' Create more opportunity for the company to expand the business in the Middle East. \' Support HR Functions: Responsible for assisting HR Manager by addressing Technician issues or problems, maintaining employee relations, keeping employee records and making sure the company is compliant with existing employment laws and regulations. \' When required travel to Middle East. Expenses paid by the company. Skills \' Familiar with wooden modular furniture, metal shop fittings, carpentry work made of solid wood, mdf, particle board, corian, acrylic, glass and other material forming part of super market, hyper market, qsr stores, airports, checkout counters, modular kitchen furniture, wardrobe, other residential furniture, installation etc. \' Increase revenue by optimum utilisation of manpower and man-hours etc. \' Guarantee consistency. \' Meet regularly with customers to discuss development strategies and assess current project status across all projects. \' Participate in business development activities and assist and participate in preparation of proposals and presentations. \' Establish technical plans with partners and customers that support execution of Projects on time. \' Maximize client satisfaction providing high level of professionalism. \' Interact with and influence numerous internal and external organizations to quickly resolve commercial issues. \' Maximise revenue resources through careful planning, team leadership, resource management, project scheduling and close analysis of financial performance. \' Collaborate with cross-functional teams like production, operations, design, purchase on project delivery, solution development and deployment, and revenue generation techniques as needed. \' Establish meetings to manage service delivery commitments which drive significant operational improvements. \' Manage architects and engineers, project managers, store manager, execution teams of the customers through collaboration. \' Monitor and manage the project schedule, project budget, project risk and deal with operational issues. \' Literate in computer.
