Job Title: Project Manager - Defence Platforms

Location: Mahape

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Project Manager to lead turnkey defence platform projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring 6-8 years of experience in managing complex engineering programs, with a strong understanding of MIL SPEC standards, especially in CNC machining, sheet metal bending, and special processes. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of high-impact defence programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of defence platform projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure adherence to MIL SPEC and customer requirements. Oversee CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and special processes such as surface treatments and coatings. Interface with domestic and international defence clients, managing technical documentation and stakeholder expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Drive cross-functional coordination across procurement, production, and quality assurance. Prepare and present project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors for critical components and services.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field 6-8 years of project management experience in defence, aerospace, or precision manufacturing. Strong familiarity with MIL SPEC standards, particularly in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and special processes. Experience with defence procurement norms and export compliance.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
