About the Role

We are hiring an experienced

Project Manager - Data Centre

with a strong foundation in

Electrical Engineering

and proven expertise in

BIM (Revit) coordination

. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensure high-quality delivery of

Data Centre and MEP projects

, and maintain alignment with international codes and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

planning, design, and delivery

of Data Centre and infrastructure projects. Supervise

BIM workflows

using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for cross-discipline coordination. Prepare and manage

project schedules, budgets, and resources

efficiently. Ensure

adherence to international standards

(IEC, NFPA, IEEE, ISO 19650, etc.). Conduct

risk analysis

and implement preventive/corrective actions. Liaise with

clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

for project updates. Drive

QA/QC reviews, testing, and commissioning

of electrical systems. Lead

design coordination meetings

and prepare project documentation and reports. Mentor and guide

junior engineers

and BIM modelers.

Required Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

? Minimum

10 years of experience

in Project Management (Data Centre / MEP / BIM projects)
? Proficiency in

Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

? Strong understanding of

electrical design, distribution systems, and redundancy concepts

? Experience with

international codes

and client coordination
? Excellent

leadership, communication, and organizational

skills
?

PMP / PRINCE2

certification preferred

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with

HV/LV design and commissioning

Familiarity with

Data Centre Tier standards (Uptime Institute)

Proficiency in

MS Project / Primavera

for project scheduling Experience in

BIM 360 / ACC

workflow management
