Project Manager - CSR (Skill Development, Proposals & Donor Engagement)

We are hiring a Project Manager - CSR with a firm understanding of skill development programs who can manage multiple training centers, handle CSR proposal submissions, and pitch projects to donors.

This role is not meant for MIS-only or documentation-focused candidates.
The applicant should have a working idea of DPRs, strong exposure to RFP and tender submissions, and the ability to lead and coordinate 3-4 skill training centers simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1) Skill Development Program Oversight

Lead and oversee 3-4 skill training centers at a time Understand training models, targets, certifications, and placement-linked programs Coordinate with center heads, trainers, and field teams Ensure alignment with NSDC, CSR, and donor guidelines

2) CSR Proposals, RFPs & Tender Submissions

Handle CSR proposal submissions, RFPs, and tender documentation Understand eligibility criteria, scope, budgets, and timelines of tenders Coordinate internally to collect required inputs and supporting documents Support proposal presentations and clarifications with donors

3) Donor Pitching & Business Development

Pitch skill development projects to CSR donors, corporates, and foundations Identify new CSR opportunities and partnerships Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with donors Support MoUs and onboarding of new CSR projects

4) Project Understanding & Coordination

Maintain a clear working understanding of DPR structure, project budgets, and impact frameworks Ensure approved proposals are translated into executable project plans Coordinate during project kick-off and early implementation stages

Required Skills

Skill development program understanding CSR proposal, RFP & tender submission experience Donor communication and pitching Multi-center coordination and leadership Strong communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Background

Experience with CSR projects, NSDC partners, training institutes, or NGOs Exposure to skill development, livelihoods, women empowerment, or youth programs Prior interaction with CSR donors, corporates, or government programs

Salary

?35,000 - ?50,000 per month
