Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of CRM product features, enhancements, and customizations.
Collaborate with customers during demo calls, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable development tasks.
Oversee cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, and support staff to drive execution of the product roadmap.
Define and uphold QA standards, oversee testing phases, and manage internal ticketing systems to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.
Coordinate planning, code reviews, GitHub pull requests, and deployment processes to ensure stable, secure, and scalable product releases.
Manage third-party integrations and customer-specific customizations, collaborating closely with pre-sales and technical teams.
Maintain up-to-date product documentation, sprint updates, and stakeholder communications on progress, decisions, and timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in project or product management, ideally within the
CRM
or
SaaS
domain.
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Customer Support.
Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and best practices in
quality assurance

Working experience with version control systems like
GitHub
, and a good understanding of code review processes.
Proven track record in handling multiple customer requirements, prioritization, and timely delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and internal team alignment.
