This role sits at the intersection of

, and is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Execution
Manage projects end-to-end -- from project kick-off to final handover.
Plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project.
Track daily progress and proactively identify risks or delays.
Coordinate execution across design, production, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and alignment with drawings.
2. Systems & Tracking
Implement and maintain
project management tools/software
(Zoho/Slack)
Create task trackers, schedules, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Maintain documentation, approvals, revisions, and change logs.
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Share regular updates on timelines, progress, and milestones.
Manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally.
Coordinate approvals, feedback, and decision-making between clients and internal teams.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Interior designers (2D & 3D)
Production & factory teams
Site supervisors and contractors
Ensure seamless handovers between departments and clear accountability.
5. Quality & Closure
Ensure execution quality aligns with design intent and client expectations.
Manage snag lists, rectifications, and final handovers.
Support billing milestones and documentation in coordination with accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
4-8 years of experience in
interior design, furniture, construction, or turnkey projects
.
Strong experience handling
both project execution and client communication
.
Comfortable using or implementing
project management tools
.
Background in interiors, architecture, or construction preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
