Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Manage vendor partners, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and detailed project plans.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth transition to production.
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and prepare progress reports for management.
Ensure proper training and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience (6-10 years) managing ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, data migration, and system integration.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certification (preferred).
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
