Oversee and monitor all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, civil works, structural works, architectural works, MEP works, testing and commissioning, and handover. Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, environmental policies, and local laws Plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project objectives and deadlines Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, issues, and changes that may affect the project scope, cost, quality, or schedule Review and approve design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, technical submittals,method statements, and as-built documents Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure quality control, safety performance, and client satisfaction Resolve any conflicts, disputes, or claims that may arise during the project execution, and escalate to senior management when necessary Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, claims, variations, and other project documents to relevant parties Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the project team and foster a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various types of construction projects, such as residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure Ensure the compliance of MEP systems with relevant standards, codes, regulations, and specifications, as well as the contractual requirements and expectations of the clients Coordinate and supervise the activities of MEP subcontractors, engineers, technicians, and inspectors, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of their work Manage the budget, schedule, and resources of the MEP scope of work, and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Person should have at least 10 years of construction experience and Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Electrical, or Mechanical, Construction Project Management, or Construction Management MEP Project Manager with experience in Data centres Candidate who can lead the site construction activities on day-to-day basis and ensuring that the works are getting executed in line with the approved drawings without any deviations.
