We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager for our MoRTH Highway Project.

Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in highway construction projects.
At least 5 years' experience as Project Manager in MoRTH/NHAI/State Highway projects.
Strong knowledge of MoRTH specifications and mix design, specifically for:
WMM (Wet Mix Macadam)
DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam)
BC (Bituminous Concrete)
PMB 40 (Polymer Modified Bitumen 40)
Milling works and recycling of milled material
Proven ability in project planning, execution, coordination with Client/Authority Engineer/Consultants.
Strong leadership, team management, and quality/safety compliance skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee overall project execution in line with MoRTH specifications.
Ensure proper mix design approval and implementation.
Manage resources, cost control, and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with client/consultants for smooth project execution.
