7 to 10 years of experience in commercial interior fit out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Public Address (FAPA), Plumbing, Sprinkler, BMS, AV, Automatic system and Networking.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Good understanding of EHS standards and quality control practices.
Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within deadlines.
