About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven
Project Manager
with proven experience in managing
multi-site construction projects, workforce mobilization, subcontractor/vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management
. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple construction sites.
Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Workforce & Resource Management
Mobilize and manage
300-500+ blue-collar workers
(masons, carpenters, bar-benders, helpers, etc.) across projects.
Oversee
attendance tracking, payroll accuracy, and HRMS implementation
for compliance reporting.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure
100% statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, BOCW, ISMW, Contract Labour Act).
Prepare and maintain statutory records, audits, and inspections.
Manage project risks, implement safety and quality policies.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients, senior leadership, and project teams.
Prepare and present
MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce reviews
.
Resolve
conflicts with subcontractors/vendors
regarding workforce or billing.
Team Leadership & Change Management
Lead site-level teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs and project policies.
Implement
change management strategies
for smooth organizational transitions.
Conduct training sessions, driving productivity improvements of up to
20%
.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
8-12 years' experience
managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools
.
Languages: English & Hindi required; Kannada preferred.
