Prior hands-on experience of finishing of a multi-storey office building of minimum 20m height and 50,000 sqft area Hands-on experience of

complete interiors and finishes of an office building

of minimum area 25,000 sqft Good communication skills, as required for the job role Required minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in office Interior & 1 year in MEP, finishing etc. Good communication skills, as required for the job role Unquestionable Integrity and honesty

Role/Responsibilities

Complete responsibility for all aspects of building completion and finishing, including MEP/ Interiors/ Flooring/ Finishing/ Structural Glazing/ Landscaping and external development of an 100,000 sqft IT office building at Mohali, structure of which is already complete. Ensuring that work is done to best-in-class quality and is done right the first time, and in conformance with applicable codes and regulations To do proactive Project Planning and follow-up with architects/ contractors/ vendors and ensure timely project completion, within budget Interacting with contractors/ vendors/ Govt agencies, etc., as required for timely execution and compliance of the project with all applicable safety and quality standards.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
