Job Title:

Architectural Project Manager - Hospitality Development

We are seeking an

Architectural Project Manager

to lead project coordination on-site and serve as the bridge between the design office, consultants, and site engineers.

Role Overview:

The Architectural Project Manager will oversee planning, design implementation, site management, and reporting. The role requires strong project leadership with a keen eye for design integrity, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones in line with design and execution goals.

Budget & Cost Management:

Estimate costs, track expenses, and ensure project adherence to approved budgets.

Team Coordination:

Manage and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align objectives and resolve conflicts.

Design Oversight:

Ensure the design intent is faithfully executed on-site, review drawings, and maintain compliance with regulations and client needs.

Client Communication:

Act as a liaison between the client/design office and on-site execution team. Provide regular updates and reports.

Problem-Solving:

Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and propose practical solutions to keep the project on schedule and aligned with vision.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain project records, site reports, meeting minutes, and communication logs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (Master's preferred). 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in hospitality, resort, or large-scale architecture-led developments. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction practices, and site execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to balance design sensitivity with pragmatic problem-solving. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with BIM/AutoCAD is a plus.
