: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Team Leadership

: Lead and manage a team of engineers, contractors, and site workers, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all teams.

Quality Assurance

: Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets regulatory standards and project specifications.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.

Software Proficiency

: Primavera P6, MS Project

Key Requirements

Experience

: 18-23 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within the residential sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects. Expertise in local building regulations and standards.
