to oversee high-rise residential and commercial building projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, resource management, cost control, quality monitoring, and safety assurance. The role demands hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to liaise efficiently with consultants, clients, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop project execution plans, construction programs, and work schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
Ensure mobilization of manpower, materials, and machinery at the site as per the plan.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other professionals during design and execution phases.
Site & Construction Management:
Supervise overall site activities including excavation, RCC, shuttering, steel, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and facade work.
Oversee all civil construction work ensuring adherence to design, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
Lead weekly project review meetings and submit MIS reports to the management.
Contract & Cost Control:
Review BOQs, scope of work, and contract documents.
Monitor material usage and control wastage to keep costs within approved budgets.
Ensure timely certification of contractor bills and monitor subcontractor performance.
Quality, Safety & Compliance:
Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation at every stage.
Enforce safety protocols and monitor compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., BMC, RERA, fire NOC, etc.).
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and third-party agencies.
Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site constraints proactively.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. PMP or Project Management certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in construction of high-rise buildings (G+15 floors and above).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and/or Primavera
Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and modern techniques
Knowledge of MEP coordination, lift shaft construction, podium decks, and basement works
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
80,000 - 1,00,000/month
(Negotiable, depending on experience and project handling capacity)
