Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial interior and construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients. Prepare project timelines, work schedules, and resource plans. Monitor daily site operations, ensure progress as per the project schedule. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance on-site. Manage procurement, material tracking, and vendor follow-ups. Handle project budgeting, cost estimation, billing, and reporting. Resolve site issues, design changes, and client concerns efficiently. Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field. 5+ years of experience in managing interior fit-out and construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
