We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Construction and Interior Fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction and interior fit-out projects, from initial planning to final delivery. Your role will involve close collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage the execution of construction and interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, scope, and timelines. Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure effective project scheduling to minimize delays and keep projects on track. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination across all project phases, from design to construction and fit-out. Procurement & Contract Management: Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms. Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and project specifications. Team Management & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and support project teams to ensure effective collaboration, foster growth, and achieve project objectives. Risk Management: Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary to mitigate challenges and keep the project on course. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all required permits, approvals, and documentation are obtained and maintained in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction and interior fit-out sectors, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage large-scale projects. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, interior design principles, and materials, with the ability to make informed decisions on design, materials, and construction methods. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, including managing cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Budget & Contract Management: Expertise in developing and managing project budgets, contract negotiations, and cost control measures. Project Management Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools) to track project timelines, resources, and documentation. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex project information to stakeholders at all levels. Multi-tasking & Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and local construction laws.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 10 -20 years of relevant experience in the construction and interior fit-out industry, with a proven track record in managing successful projects.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Premium Projects: Previous experience with high-end commercial or residential projects, particularly those with complex interior fit-out requirements. Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certifications High-Pressure Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing tight deadlines and evolving client expectations.
