We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the Construction Division of our Co-operative Society. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers Prepare project budgets, timelines, and progress reports Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards Monitor site activities and resolve technical issues promptly Report regularly to the management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
