Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Project Manager

to oversee and manage end-to-end real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complete project planning, master scheduling, and day-to-day execution to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Work closely with the construction team and contractors to maintain smooth workflow at all stages. Review and certify BOQs; monitor BOQ vs. expenditure and ensure financial control. Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements. Interpret architectural and structural drawings for effective planning and implementation. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project SOPs. Prepare and review project status reports, adjust schedules as necessary, and highlight risks or delays. Monitor construction timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as per plan. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to engineering teams. Maintain close communication with senior management and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in civil construction and project management, mandatory in large-scale real estate projects. Experience in managing multi-storey building projects is highly desirable.

Candidates currently based in Mumbai are preferred

(due to exposure to high-rise, premium projects).

Strong project execution and site management skills Excellent leadership and team-handling capabilities Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, BOQ management, and quality control Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel across project sites when required

CTC:

?10-15 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
