Project Manager / Civil Site Engineer

who can efficiently manage project execution, oversee site operations, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution

Manage

end-to-end project execution

and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop

work schedules, resource allocation plans, and project milestones

. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

Oversee day-to-day

site activities, labor management, and contractor supervision

. Ensure compliance with

quality, safety, and environmental standards

. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Material & Resource Management

Manage procurement of construction materials and ensure

timely availability at site

. Track material usage, wastage, and inventory levels effectively. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost optimization.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and present

daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

to management. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Escalate critical project issues and recommend effective solutions.

Key Requirements

Education:

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

of experience in

project management or site supervision

in civil construction projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

construction methods, materials, and standards

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and site management tools

. Expertise in

project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Up to

?50,000 per month

(Negotiable based on experience). Performance-based incentives. Travel and accommodation allowances (if applicable)*.
