The Compliance Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring compliance-related initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. This role involves coordinating across departments, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective documentation and reporting of compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver compliance projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and adherence to defined standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Security, Procurement, and Operations) to implement compliance directives and remediation actions.
• Monitor compliance status and track closure of open issues, audit findings, and regulatory gaps.
• Support periodic audits and assessments (internal/external) by preparing required documentation and evidence.
• Assist in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, checklists, and project trackers.
• Identify process gaps and propose corrective or preventive measures to enhance compliance maturity.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations highlighting key risks and progress.
• Ensure project activities align with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and ISO/industry standards.
• Support awareness sessions and compliance training programs for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of compliance principles, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of standards/regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, or internal compliance policies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in project management or compliance (e.g., PMP, CCEP) preferred.
• Experience - Minimum 5 yrs
