Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Complex Programs opening for our premier client.
Duration: 12 months
Required skills:

• Lead end-to-end production support operations for multiple applications across Mainframe and Distributed platforms.
• Manage a cross-functional support team ensuring incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration within SLA.
• Partner with client stakeholders to prioritize issues, track progress, and ensure transparent communication during critical incidents.
• Oversee change, release, and problem management activities aligned with ITIL processes.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Track metrics (SLA, MTTR, backlog, etc.) and present regular operational dashboards and service reports.
• Coordinate and lead war rooms during high-severity incidents and ensure timely stakeholder communication.

Nice to have skills:

• Analyze and triage production issues related to Mule flows, connectors, and data transformations.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with development, Salesforce, and infrastructure teams to resolve integration-related issues quickly.
• Support deployment and release activities in lower and production environments.
• Provide on-call and weekend support as part of the production operations schedule.
• Maintain detailed documentation for support procedures, incident resolution, and configuration changes.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across applications.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management (ITIL preferred).
• Exposure to cloud platforms and API Gateway management.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40 to $55 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
