We are hiring Project Manager (Commercial & Residential building) for Banashankari Bengaluru location for a real estate company.

Experience - 5 to 7yrs

Salary - 45k to 50k per month

Project Management:

Oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify project challenges and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact. Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Ensure all project documentation, including permits and legal compliance, is completed and maintained.

Preferred candidate profile

Position Objective: The incumbent will be responsible to ensure repairs, maintenance, vendor management and project coordination.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Qualification: Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is an added advantage

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in real estate operations and project management, particularly in multi- storey buildings
