Experience Required:

3-12 years (Commercial project experience mandatory)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects (malls, office complexes, retail spaces, etc.) Ensure projects are completed within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and budgets Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site engineers and supervisors Liaise with clients for approvals, design clarifications, and progress updates Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders Handle documentation, billing, and project closure formalities

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of commercial construction standards and practices Excellent project management and leadership skills Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
