Job Role & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Manage

end-to-end execution

of commercial interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with

designers, site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors

. Ensure projects are completed

on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

.

Vendor Development & Negotiation

Identify, evaluate, and onboard

new vendors & subcontractors

(carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring, false ceiling, etc.). Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to achieve

cost efficiency without compromising quality

. Maintain a

robust vendor database

for future projects.

Budget & Cost Control

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets. Track project expenses and monitor

profitability of each site

. Approve procurement orders in coordination with management.

Team Leadership

Supervise site engineers, junior engineers, and site supervisors. Allocate manpower and resources efficiently. Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed on site.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the

single point of contact

for clients during execution. Provide project progress reports and handle escalation issues. Maintain strong relationships with architects, PMCs, and consultants.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil / Interior / Architecture

(preferred).

5-10 years of experience

in commercial interior fit-out project management. Strong vendor network in

Bangalore interiors industry

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage

2-3 projects simultaneously

. Proficiency in

MS Project/Excel/AutoCAD

is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
