The Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out) will lead end?to?end execution of commercial interior projects, from planning and coordination to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all phases of interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.?
Collaborate with clients, architects and consultants to understand scope, drawings and specifications.?
Prepare detailed project plans, micro?schedules and work breakdown structures for site execution.?
Develop and control project budgets, track costs and ensure profitability of each project.?
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and internal teams (design, procurement, QS, accounts) to maintain workflow.?
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance with drawings, BOQs and specifications.?
Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and statutory requirements at all project sites (HSE, PPE, permits).?
Identify project risks, constraints and dependencies; implement mitigation and contingency plans.?
Chair weekly review meetings; prepare and circulate MOM, progress reports and look?ahead plans.?
Handle client communication, manage expectations, variation orders and timely billing certification.?
Manage project documentation: contracts, drawings, RFIs, measurement sheets, quality checklists, handover packs.?
Drive snag?list clearance, testing & commissioning (with MEP teams) and final handover to client/FM.?
Desired Profile
7-12 years' experience managing office/retail/hospitality interior fit?out projects with reputed contractors/IPC/PMC.?
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, MEP coordination and site sequencing.?
Proven ability to manage multiple sites, subcontractors and tight timelines.?
Proficient in MS Project/Primavera (or similar) and basic AutoCAD for drawing review.?
Excellent communication, client?facing and team leadership skills.?
