Job Description

Responsibilities : Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks, issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
The focus is on successfully managing the project scope, schedule and cost.
Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
Communicate with senior people in organizations to help achieve the project objectives.
Desired profile: Good knowledge of Software development background (Web & mobile application development) & technologies (Mern Stack, Mean Stack)
Should have excellent communication skills both oral & written
Should have experience in US Client coordination
Flexible to work in Shifts
Should have experience in Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have experience in Project estimation hours and cost
