Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Location: Coimbatore
Reporting To: Managing Director
Team Size: 40 HR professionals
Employee Base: 7,500 employees across 6 Manufacturing Units
Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function for a large-scale organization, driving strategic human capital initiatives and ensuring alignment with the companys mission and business goals. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a high-performing HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources for a geographically and functionally diverse workforce.
Education: MBA or Masters in HR.
Experience: Minimum 1520 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role managing large teams and employee populations (5,000+).
Proven experience in managing multi-location HR operations and handling organizational transformation.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation & benefits, and global HR practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
