Job Description

Overall control of the project from planning execution to finishing and handing over the of the project. Previous experience of 8-10 years is better and should know the basics and have an idea of repair of concrete structures

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Ensure execution aligns with design specifications, safety codes, and regulatory requirements. Lead and supervise on-site civil engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Conduct regular site meetings and status updates. Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Approve vendor bills and change orders. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with company and statutory safety policies and procedures. Oversee quality assurance across all phases of construction. Conduct safety audits and address any violations promptly. Maintain proper records of project progress, issues, and approvals. Prepare regular MIS and project status reports for senior management.
