Key Responsibilities
Responsible for
P&L management
as per approved budget
Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
Execute civil works including
QA/QC activities
, QAP preparation, and documentation as per
IS, PWD & CPWD standards
Oversee site construction activities, drawings compliance, measurements, and billing
Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards at site
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reviews
Daily reporting to SBU Lead
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain complete project documentation and dossiers
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects
Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure project delivery within approved
timeline, cost, and quality
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors
Prepare project schedules, reports, and MIS
Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
6-8 years of experience in civil construction projects
Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills
Experience in industrial / infrastructure / building projects
