Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Oversee complete project lifecycle from mobilization to handover. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct regular site meetings and review progress, quality, and safety. Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures. Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow. Review and certify RA bills, contractor bills, and client billing. Attend client meetings and provide progress updates. Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality execution.

Required Skills & Qualification :

8 to 15+ years of proven experience in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of residential / commercial building construction. Good understanding of RCC works, finishing works, and MEP coordination. Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects within timelines. Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Good communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
