Education and Experience:

Diploma/BE Civil Engineering or a related field. 10-20 years of experience in civil

INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

and project management. Industrial Sector experience must.

Chennai & Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to them.

Team Management:

Leading and managing project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that construction projects meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Budget and Cost Control:

Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and building codes.

Resource Management:

Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.

Skills Required:

Project Management:

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Leadership:

Ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.

Organization:

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Financial Acumen:

Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
