Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

:

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities on site.

Manage all phases of project execution including design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.

Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow on site.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce effectively.

Maintain proper documentation and project records.

Report project progress and challenges to senior management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Good understanding of budgeting and cost control.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and contract administration

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera / Auto Cad / Revit/ Stadd Pro).

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder coordination

Qualifications:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).

Experience:

minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.

Preferred:

Experience in commercial building, or infrastructure projects.
