Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage civil works for residential/commercial projects. Prepare schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors. Supervise site execution (excavation to finishing). Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Manage budgets, BOQs, and contractor billing. Liaise for approvals, NOCs, and statutory compliance. Handle project documentation and regular reporting. Ensure smooth handover with final inspection and closure.

Skills Required:

Strong civil engineering & site execution knowledge Project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP) Team leadership & contractor management Good communication & problem-solving skills
