Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Create and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time. Anticipate potential delays and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks. Constructable

Budget & Cost Management

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within financial constraints. Monitor and control costs, approving purchases and managing change orders. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Withe

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address any issues. BuildStream

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address non-conformance issues. PowerPlay

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project. Establish contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly. RIB SoftwareIAG Commercial

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the scope. Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly. PowerPlay

Contract Management

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes that arise. Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and related documents. BuildStream+1PowerPlay+1

Qualifications & Skills

Education

: B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 10 years in project management within the civil construction industry.

Skills

: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
