Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to handle execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The role involves managing civil works, coordinating with design and erection teams, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage civil works for PEB projects (foundations, RCC, flooring, drainage). Supervise site activities, contractors, and engineers. Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Handle billing, BOQs, and site documentation.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

8-12 years overall experience 4-6 years in PEB / Industrial / Warehouse projects

Skills:

Strong knowledge of PEB civil works MS Project / Primavera, MS Office Good communication and leadership skills
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
