Job Description

A Civil Construction Project Manager oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing planning, resources (labor, materials, equipment), budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and communication with stakeholders like clients, architects, and subcontractors, handling everything from permits to final reports. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for all project phases.

Resource Management:

Allocate labor, materials, and equipment, and manage procurement.

Team Leadership:

Coordinate and supervise project teams, including workers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Budget Control:

Monitor costs to prevent overspending and manage financial aspects.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and strict health & safety standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the main point of contact, providing progress reports to clients and aligning teams.

Contract Management:

Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Site Supervision:

Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure work quality.

Documentation:

Prepare reports, inspection logs, and quality assurance documents.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven track record as a construction project manager.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management principles, and software.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
